BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to
enter into a contract with the Center for Safe Communities and Schools (Southwest Texas
State University)to participate in the Tobacco Pilot Project Community Law Enforcement
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18`x'day of June,
2002.
