WHEREAS, bids were received April 25,2002,forthe demolition and removal of the
structure located at 655 San Jacinto; and,
WHEREAS,C&C Demolition, Inc.,Orange,Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$109,000; and,
WHEREAS,City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by C&C Demolition,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C & C Demolition, Inc. in the amount of $109,000 for the
demolition and removal of the structure located at 655 San Jacinto be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4h day of June,
2002.
