WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6)-month contract for purchasing
lubricants for use by various City departments in maintaining equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Tri-Con Inc. submitted a bid in the amounts shown below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Tri-Con Inc.,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amounts shown above submitted by Tri-Con Inc., for a six (6)-month
contract for purchasing lubricants for use by various City departments in maintaining
equipment, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
November, 2001.
