WHEREAS, bids were received for renovations to Gilbert Park, Forest Park,
Guseman Park, Rogers Park, Athletic Complex and Sprott Park; and,
WHEREAS, Little Tykes Commercial Play Systems, Inc. c/o All Play, Inc. submitted
a bid in the amount of$396,873; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Little Tykes
Commercial Play Systems, Inc. c/o All Play, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $396,873 submitted by Little Tykes Commercial Play
Systems, Inc. c/o All Play, Inc., for renovations to Gilbert Park, Forest Park, Guseman
Park, Rogers Park, Athletic Complex and Sprott Park, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
October, 2001.
