BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the offer of a sick leave option to police
employees with 25 years or more of service who retired between October 1, 1999 and April
1, 2000 as part of the existing Labor Agreement with the Beaumont Police Officers
Association.
