WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 94: 0.066 acre out of Lot 3 and part of Lot 2,
Block 1, Comstock Addition
(4301 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $9,806
Less Improvements Retained: $1
Total Compensation $9,805
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
