WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 16: 0.5139 acre tract of land (22,385 square feet) out
of the Samuel Stivers League, Abstract 51
(5405 Walden Road)
Negotiated Value: $108,567
(Partial Taking)
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
Owners: Petro Stopping Centers, L.P.
