BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against
Terry Samuel dba TJC Investments to collect on a delinquent Small Business Revolving
Loan should Terry Samuel fail to remedy said default within thirty (30) days hereof and
keep current in payments thereafter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
