BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves funding in the amount of $300,000 for the City of
Beaumont's share of a $6.96 million feasibility study relating to the navigability of the
Sabine Neches Waterway and hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the
necessary documents and make the payment in the fourth year of the study.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12�d, day of
