Williams Survey (3545 and 3555 Concord Road) Appraised Value: $10,200 (Partial Taking) Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc. Owners: Joe Herrera, Jr. and Antonia Martha Herrera Parcel No. 80: 0.067 acre out of the A. Williams Survey (3680 Concord Road) Appraised Value: $2,000 (Partial Taking) Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc. Owner: Richard Hegele Parcel No. 85: 0.021 acre out of Lot 3, Block 2 of the Minglewood Addition (3690 Concord Road) Appraised Value: $900 (Partial Taking) Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
