WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.-
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" attached
hereto for the Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 67: 0.065 acre out of the A. Williams Survey
(3545 and 3555 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $10,200
(Partial Taking)
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
Owners: Joe Herrera, Jr. and Antonia Martha Herrera
Parcel No. 80: 0.067 acre out of the A. Williams Survey
(3680 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $2,000
(Partial Taking)
