WHEREAS, bids were received Monday, October 11, 1991 for the asbestos
abatement of a structure located at 800 Grand; and,
WHEREAS, AAR Incorporated, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$23,507; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by AAR
Incorporated, Houston, Texas, should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by AAR Incorporated, in the amount of $23,507 for the asbestos
abatement of a structure located at 800 Grand be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ��t4 day
of ' 1999.
