WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" attached
hereto for the Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
