WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Walden Road Right-of-Way Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 24: 0.1647 acre of land out of the
Samuel Stivers League, Abstract 51
(5195 Shelly Drive)
Appraised Value: $19,729
Total Compensation: $19,729
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
(Partial Taking)
