Home My WebLink AboutRES 99-206 RESOLUTION NO. - ©(, WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, June 28, 1999, for the purchase of three (3) replacement windows, with two (2) to be installed at the Beaumont Public Library and one (1) stored for future use; and, WHEREAS, Ameraglass Company submitted a bid in the amount of$29,968; and, WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Ameraglass Company should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the bid submitted by Ameraglass Company in the amount of $29,968 for the purchase of three (3) replacement windows, with two (2) to be installed at the Beaumont Public Library and one (1) stored for future use be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
