WHEREAS, property has been acquired for the Neighborhood Revitalization
Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the acquisition of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Tract 2, Plat B-12 of the J. W. Bullock Survey
(Southeast corner of Garden and Hebert Streets)
2525, 2545, 2565 and 2585 Hebert Street and 3945 Garden Street)
Appraised Value: $14,000
Appraiser: Aulbaugh and Associates
