WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition of two nonfunctional structures
located at 4050 Reed Street, the old Alice Keith Park Pool and the children's wading pool;
and,
WHEREAS, Gissco, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $22,200;
and
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gissco,
Beaumont, Texas should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gissco, Beaumont, Texas in the amount of $22,200 for the
demolition of two nonfunctional structures located at 4050 Reed Street, the old Alice Keith
Park Pool and the children's wading pool, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /1.t� day
