WHEREAS sealed bids were received for a one (1) year contract for the purchase
of manholes, manhole covers and sewer materials which are routinely used for sewer line
repairs by the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following vendors submitted unit prices as shown below:

following estimated annual cost as shown:
