WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 27: 0.056 acre out of Lot 1 and the Lillian Dodd Lot of
Block 1, Bullock Addition
(2845 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $6,800.00
Less Improvements Retained: 0.00
Total Compensation $6,800.00
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
