WHEREAS, Lisotta Mini Storage Site has conveyed a ten (10) foot wide utility
easement for the relocation of the sanitary sewer line now serving Lisotta Mini Storage Site
to the City of Beaumont out of their property, being out of the Van Wormer Second
Addition, Jefferson County, Texas, as described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto;
and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Lisotta Mini Storage Site be and the
same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3rd day of July,
2001.

BEING a ten (10) feet wide easement for relocation of sanitary sewer service in Block 18 of the
Van Wormer Second Addition located at 210 Interstate Highway 10 South in Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a highway concrete monument found in the west right-of-way line of Interstate
Highway 10 at its intersection with the south right-of-way line of West Cedar Street, said comer
being in the north line of Lot 14 in Block 18 of said Van Wormer Second Addition;
THENCE SOUTH 080 04' 03" EAST (called SOUTH 080 19' EAST) along the west right-of way
line of Interstate Highway 10 and along the east line of the easement herein described, a distance
of 199.17 feet (called 199.25 feet) to a concrete highway monument with disc found for angle
point in said line;
THENCE SOUTH 090 03' 00" EAST (Basis of Bearings) continuing along said west right-of-way
line of said highway and along the east line of said easement, a distance of 183.94 feet to an iron
rod found in the south line of Lot 8 in Block 18 and also marking the northeast comer of John
Blackwell's Mr. Warehouse tract;
THENCE SOUTH 890 34' 44" WEST along the south line of said Lot 8, Block 18 and along the
north line of said Mr. Warehouse tract, a distance of 125.00 feet for corner;
THENCE NORTH 000 25' 16"WEST, a distance of 10.00 feet for corner;
THENCE NORTH 890 34' 44" EAST along the north line of the easement herein described, a
distance of 113.37 feet to comer;
THENCE NORTH 090 03' 00" WEST along the west line of the easement herein described, a
distance of 172.39 feet to angle point;
THFNCE NORTH 080 04' 03"WEST continuing along the west line of said easement, a disianck:;
of 200.50 feet tc a cc;ner located in the south right-of-way line of West Cedar Street and in the
north line of Lot 14 of said Block 18;
THENCE NORTH 890 00' 00" EAST along the south right-of-way line of West Cedar Street and
along the north line of Lot 14, Block 18, a distance of 10.08 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
