BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract in the amount of $23,000 with The
Goodman Corporation to prepare data and information to support a Letter of No Prejudice
(LONP) package to be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of May,
2001.
