BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is authorized to execute an addendum to the contract agreement
with Carroll and Blackman, Inc.,for engineering services associated with the City's NPDES
permit as set out in Exhibit "A" attached..
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 1 st day of

1. Watershed Protection Ordinance

3. Education and coordination with field inspectors.
4. Public Education Programs associated with the ordinance.
5. Workshops with City Council.

ll. Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facilitv
A. ldentifi collection Facilitv site.
B. Mcetings and preparation of initial design concepts for the collection facility.
C. Research on collection rates and facility costs.

A. Update list of industrial facilities for inspection.
