BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit a grant application and execute
a contract with the Texas Department of Transportation to receive Section 5309 Vehicle
Capital Replacement funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11 day of
May, 2001.
