BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to convey the right-of-way of the
following parcels acquired for FM 364 (Major Drive) to the State of Texas:
Parcel 22 Lot 1, Block 2 -Willow Creek One Subdivision
Parcel 45 Lot 4, Block A-Amelia Heights Addition
Parcel 164C Hezekiah Williams Survey,Abstract 56
Parcel 167A Hezekiah Williams Survey-Abstract 56
Parcel 167B Hezekiah Williams Survey-Abstract 56
Parcel 167C Hezekiah Williams Survey-Abstract 56
Parcel 168A W. B. Dyches Survey-Abstract 17
Parcel 168B W. B. Dyches Survey-Abstract 17

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
Right-of-Way Certification on the above parcels and the following two parcels which were
previously conveyed to the State:
