WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) triplex reel mower for
use by the Parks Division; and,
WHEREAS, AMC Industries, Inc., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$17,950; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by AMC Industries,
Inc., Houston, Texas, should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by AMC Industries, Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$17,950 for the purchase of one (1) triplex reel mower for use by the Parks Division be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6 tot-day of
