BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to renew the Texas Narcotics Control Program Grant and pledges that in the
event of loss or misuse of Criminal Justice Division funds, the City of Beaumont assures
that these funds will be returned to the Criminal Justice Division in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Beaumont commits to provide the
matching funds necessary to comply with grant conditions.
