WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1)-year contract for the purchase of
fittings, pipes and couplings; and,
WHEREAS, the companies submitted their individual bids per item as shown on
Exhibit "A"; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the companies
as shown on Exhibit "A", should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the companies per item as shown on Exhibit "A" be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
