THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of$1,274.06, including penalties and interest, against property located at 2125 St.
Anthony Street, described as PL D T34 D Brown, behind 610 Mary, owned by Eleanor B.
Holmes. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to
evidence the release of the weed liens against property located at 2125 St. Anthony
Street, described as PL D T34 D Brown, behind 610 Mary.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7y day of
2000.
