WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Improvement Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" attached
hereto for the Concord Road Improvement Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel No. 82: 0.040 acre out of the A. Williams Survey
(3880 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $1,900
(Partial Taking)
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
