BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute deeds conveying Lots
7 and 8, Block 10, of the North Addition (1915 and 1929 Texas Street) to Statewide
Consolidated Community Development Corporation, Inc., and Lot 9, Block 1, of the D. Carr
Addition (1985 Nora Street) to Southeast Texas Community Development Corporation,
Inc., for the construction of homes for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the //,IZ day
of 12000.
