WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Concord Road Right-of-Way Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto
for the Concord Road Right-of-Way Project be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 59: 0.124 acre out of Lots 1 and 2 of the Comstock Addition
(3429 Concord Road)
Appraised Value: $8,304
(Partial Taking)
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
Owner: Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
Parcel 75: 124 square feet out of Lot 24, Block 1 of the Minglewood Addition
(3150 Oakwood Lane)
Appraised Value: $300
(Partial Taking)
