BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager and the Chief of Police be and are hereby authorized to submit
a grant application and execute all necessary documents to apply for and accept funding
through the U.S. Bureau of Justice Assistance Local Law Enforcement Block Grant
Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1,2t day of
