BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application for Texas
Public Transportation Funds to partially fund the operation of the Beaumont Municipal
Transit from October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 (FY 2001).
