BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of two (2) Pro Series
Ambulance Stretchers in the amount of $67,233.15, which includes a credit of $1,750.00 for the
trade-ins of the two (2) older stretchers from Stryker EMS Equipment of Chicago, Illinois.
The sleeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
