BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS, the City requested proposals for the rigging maintenance and upgrade on the
existing system at the Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, due to budgetary constraints, staff is requesting rejection of all bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to reject all bids submitted for the
rigging n-aintenance and upgrade at the Julie Rogers Theatre.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
