BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and lie is hereby authorized to approve the engine
replacement repair on unit 5190, a 2014 Caterpillar D8T bulldozer for use in the landfill in the
amount of $110,990.42, from Mustang CAT of Houston, Texas, The repair will include a three
(3) year/5,000-liour warranty.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
