BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Chris Jones is appointed, as an alternate, to the Board of Adjustment Conimittee
by Mayor Roy West. The term for each will commence on January 9, 2024, and expire
September 30, 2026.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Governs lent Code, Chapter 551.
