BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Floyd Hope and Todd Belony are appointed to the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Committee by Mayor Pro Tem Turner. The term for each will commence on January 9, 2024,
and expire September 30, 2026.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goverra-ient Code, Chapter 551.
