BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Yolanda Nail Avery is appointed to the Library Commission by Mayor Pro Tenl
Turner; and,
THAT Cheryl Williams is appointed to the Library Commission by Councilmen Durio.
The terin for each will commence on January 9, 2024, and expire September 30, 2026.
The n-iceting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
con-pliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goverimzent Code, Chapter 55t.
