13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OFTHE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council be and are hereby authorized to approve the purchase of seven
(7) different types of anlMunition for the Beaumont Police Department from Precision Delta
Corporation of Ruleville, Mississippi in the amount of $83,496.15 through the BuyBoard Co -Op.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
