BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT` the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to cxccute a contract with BCBS
for Stop Loss, Insurance in the atriount of $1,811,532,00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
con-ipliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goverraiient Code, Chapter 551.
