BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OIL BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
collection services for Municipal Court with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair, & Sampson of Austin,
Texas.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govermnent Code, Chapter 551.
