BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to award a contract with Grant
Mackay Company Inc., of Houston, Texas in the amount of $756,786,15 for the demolition of
the two (2) structures located at 555 Maid Street.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govermnent Code, Chapter 551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Peauniont this the 21st day of
November, 2023,
