BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Tim Sudela is appointed to the Board of Appeals by Mayor Roy West. The tern
will cominlence November 7, 2023, and expire September 30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
