BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Matthew Fortenberry (Animal Care Manager), Maryjane Benning (Humane
Society Representative), Ann Reynolds (Resident -at -large), Tom Swope (Police Department
Representative), Debbie Rogers (Resident -at -large), and Sam Parigi (Resident -at -large) are
appointed to the Animal Care Advisory Board by Mayor Roy West, Their terms will comuaence
on November 7, 2023, and expire September 30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goverimient Code, Chapter 551.
