BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Spencer Jabbia is appointed to the Planning and Zoning Con-unission by
Councilmember Taylor Neild. The terns will commence November 7, 2023, and expire
September 30, 2025; and,
THAT Lynda Kay Makin, Eddie Senigaur, M.S. Shawn Javed, Ericka Harris
(Alternative), and Rogers Sorrell (Alternative) are appointed to the Planning and Zoning
Commission by Mayor Roy West. Their terms will conu-hence on November 7, 2023, and expire
September 30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
