BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) 150 HP digester blower,
motor, and skid for the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $69,583,00 fiom Atlas
Copeo Compressors, LLC, of Houston, Texas.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Bgaumont this the 7th day of
November, 2023.
