BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT City Council hereby approves the purchase of Self -Contained Breathing
Apparatus (SCBA) for use in the Fire Department from Municipal Emergency Services, Inc., of
Houston, Texas in the amount of $139,723.27 through the Houston -Galveston Area Council (H-
GAC) Purchasing Cooperative.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter SS 1.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 31st day of
October, 2023.
