BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT William. "Bill" Sam and Carlos Hernandez are appointed to the Police Department
Community Advisory Cominission by Cooncilmenlber Randy Feldschau. The term for each will
commence October 31, 2023, and expire September 30, 2025.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govermnent Code, Chapter 551.
