BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Tom Noyola is appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission by
Councihiiember Randy Feldschau, The term will commence October 31, 2023, and expire
September 30, 2025,
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
