BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL

THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the 2023 Certified Tax
Roll (IaY 2024) in the amount of $10,517,782,408,00.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Goverimient Code, Chapter 551.
